Broadbeach Waters

This small cottage underwent a huge makeover.  Our clients had a vision of doubling the size to accommodate their young family.  They wanted to make sure that the new double storey addition was kept in the Hamptons style of the existing cottage.  

For the first stage, while the family lived in the existing cottage, we built the double storey extension beside the original.  This included a master bedroom, massive walk in robe, ensuite, plus an additional two bedrooms – each with an ensuite, laundry, family room and new staircase.

Once stage 1 was complete, the clients moved out while we then joined to the existing cottage, which was then completely renovated.  This stage included sanding and reviving the existing flooring, updating the main bathroom, kitchen, with butler’s pantry, dining, lounge, bedroom and adding a powder room, study and kids retreat.
