Main Beach

Our brief for this renovation by the owner was to totally remove the existing internal cabinetry, fixtures and fittings of their newly acquired one bedroom beach unit.   The reason for this full renovation was management had advised that they could rent the unit out for a much larger nightly rental if totally renovated to a luxury high end standard.

Timing on this renovation was of high importance to maximise rental return for a holiday period.  The owner chose coastal beach theme with elements of luxury included with the wallpaper feature walls and custom made entertainment feature wall.  A surprising amount of storage was added into this one bedroom holiday unit.
